Hot Desking

Hot Desking is perhaps a term with which you are not yet familiar. In the ever present push for maximum business efficiency many companies such as Call Centres, Financial Services or Service Centres now operate 24 hours a day; sometimes 7 days per week.

Desks are manned in shifts; as one person leaves, his or her replacement takes over on the fly - thus Hot Desking! Each operator keeps all items needed for their work in a case which they collect from a secure store at the start of their shift and return in to its own compartment at the completion.
